Yes, we ship worldwide.

Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our fulfillment centers in Asia (mainly Hong Kong and China).

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After that, changes are not guaranteed — but you can still return the item after it arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX,) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday–Friday and usually ship within 1–3 business days. Please allow extra time during sales or holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand and global shipping, your order may take 2–4 weeks to arrive.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, you’re eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices on our website are tax-free (USD). Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are not covered by Lorxy and are the buyer’s responsibility.
